
BIOGRAPHY
Paola Di Leo is an international singer and songwriter born in Rome, who has lived in New York for the past few years. A multi-instrumentalist, she writes and performs her own songs, accompanying herself on guitar and piano. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with record companies in Italy and performed numerous live shows. She has a classical background on the flute, and as a teenager, she played drums in a Roman band.

RECORD PROJECTS
She made her debut as an independent artist in December 2018 with the single "Better Day." In 2019, she signed her first record deal with Honiro Label, with which she released her debut EP, Break Free, in 2020, consisting of six original songs in English. Around the same time, she moved to New York, a city that became central to her artistic journey; in 2021, she also spent a few months in Beverly Hills, expanding her network and musical influences.
After the pandemic, she returned to work as an independent artist and in January 2023 released Speed, an intimate and personal ballad in which she accompanies herself on the piano. Her first single in Italian, "Momento Distratto," was released on February 24, 2023, followed by "Gocce Di Pioggia" (March), "Dall'Altra Parte" (April), "Quanti Sto Male Con Te" (May), and "Non Voglio Sapere" (June). The songs were included in the EP "Sola, Ma Non in Solitudine," which represents the artist's first recording project in Italian.
Alongside her studio work, Paola Di Leo brings her music live to various New York venues, performing at historic Manhattan venues such as Rockwood Music Hall. In September 2023, she was selected for the finals of the 36th edition of Sanremo Rock e Trend, performing the song "Gocce Di Pioggia" at the Ariston Arena and receiving a scholarship.
In January 2024, she released the single "Scalerò per te," which she also presented and performed during the Area Sanremo auditions. In 2024, she signed a contract with Visory Records and released the remix version of "Scalerò per te," produced by Daneon. That same year, she released the singles "Stabile" and "Mi gioco tutta l'anima," followed by the acoustic version of the latter, distributed through The Orchard.
In 2025, she returned to independent publishing with the single "sennò ti scorderò" (I'll Scorderò) and continued her live activity in New York, performing at various venues around the city, including The Bowery Electric. That same year, she began unveiling tracks from her new EP, a project that blends EDM and hyperpop sounds: "SENZA DI TE," "SAMURAI," and "LALALA," heralding the release of the full album, scheduled for early 2026.
LIVE
In New York, Paola Di Leo regularly brings her music to various Manhattan venues, performing both acoustic sets and with a full band. Venues she has performed at include Rockwood Music Hall, Arlene's Grocery, and the Bowery Electric, where she presented a full band, confirming her versatility and stage presence in prominent venues on the New York music scene.

In Italy, she has performed in Rome on several occasions, bringing her live shows to independent venues such as Glitch, where she performed in December 2023 and January 2024, and Timeless in Pigneto. In October 2025, she also performed several shows in Kalkan, Turkey, presenting an acoustic set accompanied by a guitarist at local venues, including Caffè Vita, further expanding the international scope of her live activity.
